Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Used items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Candles & Handmade Products

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or scent are normal with handmade products and are not considered defects.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing
